How it Works

Reservations:

All product prices include free arrival and return shipping unless designated as local pick up/delivery only.  Bookings must be made at least 10 days in advance to ensure on time delivery.  A two night minimum reservation is required to qualify for free shipping.  Contact us directly if you are in need of an expedited reservation.    

 1).  Enter your arrival date (the start day of your rental) and your preferred shipping delivery address.  We’ll ship directly to you by EOD the day BEFORE your arrival date.  Rental fees start on your arrival date. 

2).  You’ll select your rental end/return date, which is the day you will return your gear to FedEx by EOD.  We don’t charge for the return date unless the rental is late. 

For example:  If you select your start date as 7/4 and your return date as 7/6, we’ll ship your gear to arrive by EOD 7/3.   After your trip, you’ll drop off your gear at FedEx by EOD on 7/6.  Your pricing will be based on just two days, 7/4 and 7/5.

3).  Checkout:  Our secure check out makes it easy to complete your reservation using a Credit Card or PayPal.  Cirq charges a 10% deposit at checkout to hold your reservation.  Deposits are refundable if your reservation is cancelled prior to shipping.  The remainder of your rental balance will charge at time of shipping.  We use Stripe, a trusted industry leader for all online payment processing.

4).  Once your rental is complete, repackage your gear in the same box and packaging materials, affix your included return shipping label and drop it off at your local Fed Ex location by EOD on your selected return date.   

Local Only products (like roof top tents and car top boxes) can be arranged for local delivery to your home or office location, or you can pick up at one of our pick up locations.  Local only products are currently only offered in the Seattle, WA area.  

Some items like roof top tents require a refundable security deposit which protects against damage or loss.  Security deposits are refunded once items are fully received and checked back in at our facility.  Some shipping locations may require a fully refundable security deposit. 

Some rental items may be available for you to purchase/keep after your rental period instead of shipping them back.  If you love your rental gear, reach out to our team to learn about purchase pricing, availability and process.   

Multi-Day Discounts:

The longer you plan to use your gear, the more discounts we work in!  Most customers book for 2-5 days, and our multi-day discounts kick in on the third rental day.  Discounts change occasionally, but regularly the 3rd and 4th rental days are each 25% off, and the fifth day forward are 50% off the normal daily rates.  The best way to calculate your reservation fees is to enter your start and return dates and then the system will automatically factor in applicable multi-day or day of the week discounts for you!  

Cancellations:

You can cancel your reservation for a full refund of your reservation deposit up until the time your order ships (usually 7-10 days before your arrival date).  Once your order ships, we are no longer able to issue refunds.   Please reach out to our customer service team by email or phone in order to cancel your reservation and process a refund to your original method of payment.  Roof top tent reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours before your reservation start date.

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If for some reason you are not satisfied with your rental gear or experience, contact our customer service team for support.  

Late Fees

Late Fees:  We know  you are going to love your gear AND your adventures, but returning your gear late may prevent someone else from taking their family outside.  If rentals are not received by a Fed Ex facility by EOD on your selected return date, additional rental fees will be applied for each day the rental is in use and late fees may also apply.  If you’d like to extend your rental that’s great!  Please reach out to us by phone or email and we’ll check availability and adjust your return dates. This way you can limit your impact to others AND avoid late fees beyond the extended rental day fees.  

Cleaning, Repairs & Replacement

We ask that you return gear in the condition in which you received it; clean, dry and ready for its next adventure.  If for some reason gear is returned wet or excessively dirty or damaged, then fair cleaning and/or repair charges may apply.

If gear is lost or stolen during your rental, then replacement fees at MSRP replacement costs will be applied to your original method of payment.
